The first disclaimer from the American administration to the accusation of having used White Phosphorus during the Fallujah bombing comes from a speaker of the Defense Ministry of the United States. According to the Pentagon chemical weapons are to be “condemned and are to be considered immoral because of the indiscriminate harm they cause.” The charge to the United States of using these weapons are “false”.

“Who wants to discredit the United States thinks it is useful to invent the false accusation that it uses this kind of weapons”, declared to ANSA Major Todd Vician, rejecting categorically all the accusations. However he clarified he has not seen the documentary and his commentaries were made on the basis of all the other objections raised against American forces in the last years.
